Blood Donation Drive
Every day there are people who urgently need blood - in accidents, operations or life-saving treatment. Unfortunately, blood supplies are often tight. This is why Upoffiz joins forces with the Red Cross and organises a blood collection event in The Plectrum on the Upoffiz I Loop5 site.
This year, we are also linking the action to 'De Warmste Week'. For every participant, Upoffiz will donate € 2 to charity. So you make twice as much difference with one simple act!
- When? 11 December
- Where? In The Plectrum - Amelia Earhartlaan 6, Ghent (dark green building on the Upoffiz site)
- Can I donate blood? Click here and do the test but bear in mind the following:
- Age: 18-66 year
- Weight: At least 50 kg
- Malaria area visited? Wait 3 to 6 months (depending on region)
