Cleverly planted greenery subtly delimits the various zones. You can organise meetings with larger groups of people on our cosy terrace and the amphitheatre is the perfect place for a separate pitch or creative group activity.
Don't say parking to our Mobility hUP. It has room for cars, bikes and scooters and is fully equipped for the future and the transformation to more sustainable mobility.
From shared mobility to EV-chargers. We don't lose sight of anything.
Want to cycle to work? Please do! Cyclists can take advantage of lockers, pleasant showers and changing rooms. Your bicycle will also be stored in a secure, covered environment.

Flex desk zone
The flex desk zone is ideal for employees who only come to the office occasionally. The app makes it easy for them to book. They can quickly find an inspiring place alongside other professionals and remain connected with the corporate culture and other colleagues.
Makerspaces
Get your creative juices flowing in our makerspaces. The ground floor is the ideal playground for manufacturing companies and creative teams. At our site, you will be surrounded by other ambitious professionals. This ensures fascinating exchanges of ideas. A vibrant atmosphere in which creativity and connection take centre stage.
The Plectrum
Discover The Plectrum, an intriguing theatre for up to 240 people. The architecture and original design of this place will inspire everyone who enters. Book this location for your keynote, product presentation, training session or any other event and bring your guests together in an inspiring environment.
Multimedia studio
You can book the multimedia studio for your webinars, online talkshows, podcasts, green screen videos, ...
The studio will help you to take your communication to a level that makes your competitors jealous.

Upoffiz is the home base for growing SMEs. A place where interaction and connection take centre stage, with green as a unifying element. At Upoffiz, you rent a flexible office space tailored to your needs, complemented by shared meeting rooms, event spaces and the unmatched service of our coach team.
- 2. Where can you find Upoffiz locations and are they easily accessible?
Upoffiz currently has two locations where you can rent an office:
- Upoffiz Ghent - Loop5 in Ghent, at The Loop: a vibrant campus surrounded by 10,000 m² of green outdoor space, right next to the E40/E17/R4 motorways and within cycling distance of Ghent-Sint-Pieters station.
- Upoffiz BXL - Sixtie6 in Brussels: a campus in the heart of the European Quarter in Brussels, on Rue de la Loi. Within walking distance of Schuman Square and excellently accessible by public transport.
Both locations offer secure bicycle storage, showers, changing rooms, the option to rent underground parking spaces with charging points, shared spaces such as meeting and event rooms, an Upoffiz coach team ready to support tenants and Bar Amelia where you can enjoy a coffee, lunch or catering for your event.
- 3. How does Upoffiz commit to sustainability?
Looking for a sustainable office? At Upoffiz, sustainability is built into everything we do. Our campuses are completely gas-free and run on geothermal energy, supplemented by solar panels. We consciously choose natural and recycled materials for the interior, and smart building management systems continuously monitor energy consumption. At Upoffiz, you're not renting an ordinary office space and it's more than a traditional coworking space. - 6. Which meeting and event spaces can I rent at Upoffiz?
Whether you want to rent a meeting room for a small meeting or are looking for a large event space, at Upoffiz you'll find the perfect space for every occasion. Today you can already visit Upoffiz Ghent - Loop5 for the spaces listed below. Upoffiz BXL - Sixtie6 is currently under construction and will offer the same facilities upon completion.
- Shared meeting rooms: for meetings, brainstorms, pitches and training sessions. Easy to book via the Upoffiz app for tenants, but external parties are also welcome. There are various rooms with a capacity of 4 to 50 people. Among the shared meeting rooms you'll also find a boardroom and training rooms.
- The Plectrum: an intriguing auditorium with foyer for 200 – 240 people, ideal for keynotes, product launches and networking events. Next to the auditorium there is a foyer suitable for a reception after your event.
- The Arena: a dynamic space for interactive presentations and workshops with a capacity of up to 50 people.
- Multimedia Studio: fully equipped for webinars, podcasts, online talk shows and green screen videos. This space is exclusively available at Upoffiz Ghent - Loop5.
- Bar Amelia: from a business breakfast to catering for your corporate event — everything delicious and sustainable.

At Upoffiz, you rent a flexible office space. This can range from compact spaces for small teams to larger office floors for bigger organisations. Each private office can be fully furnished to match your brand identity, company culture and growth story. All offices have access to the green outdoor space and all shared facilities on campus.

The coach team is Upoffiz's best-kept secret. These driven coaches have just one mission: to take the load off your shoulders and connect tenants — good vibes only!

In addition, Upoffiz regularly organises community activities during lunch or in the evening so tenants can meet, inspire each other and share knowledge.
