On Thursday the 6th of November, we are organising an energetic Urban dance class taught by Dansstudio Full Out. The days are getting shorter, but with rhythm, movement and good vibes, we will bring the warmth back to the dance floor.
At Dansstudio Full Out, every class is about enjoying dance and connecting with others. In their dance classes, Lisa and Sofie offer adults the opportunity to dance in a relaxed and open atmosphere, where everyone is welcome, regardless of experience, background or level.
Because Full Out believes that dancing is more than just movement. It is a moment to express yourself, let go and recharge. Prepare yourself for a class where the focus is on fun and there is room for everyone's rhythm. Put on something comfortable, let yourself be carried away by the music and dance full out!

- What's best to bring? Wear loose clothing in which you can dance comfortably and bring some water and a towel.
