On Tuesday the 22nd of July Lotte will be teaching a yoga class at our Upoffiz site. In this relaxing session, you will recharge your batteries, feel energised and fully ready to continue the day. This yoga class is also suitable for all levels, with postures that are easy to adapt. So everyone can join in!

• Where? We will meet at the Foyer of The Plectrum (dark green building on the Upoffiz site)
